Tulips

Spring flowers are full of color, and the bulbs are the shortest-lived and most cheerful.

Sitting still is hard.

It feels good to hold a pencil.

OH how I wish I could draw (and it came out looking anything remotely like what I intended)! Your tulip is so beautiful, it must be deeply satisfying to be able to look so closely and see that.

Thanks for the compliment . . . but the truth is, not very satisfied with the results, but very pleased to have taken the time to do it.
